Struggling with Fertility and Starting to Lose Hope…
that was me, Sarah, 5 years ago…
Suffering with endometriosis, I was about to undergo my third round of surgery and start IVF
Then I met Liz, a fully qualified nutritional therapist. She got to the root of my problems by showing me how certain types of food were actually making me ill and where I was deficient in key nutrients.
Working with Liz gave me the best possible chance of IVF working
I completely changed my food lifestyle and the magic happened. Within 3 months I got pregnant just before the start of IVF
This nutritional programme from Liz gave me my baby boy and completely turned my life around

Liz is a Nutritional Therapist, registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is hugely experienced working successfully with a large number of clients. They all turn to Liz to help them change their health through nutrition.
Sarah is the practical one. A keen cook, she puts Eating Real into daily practice. She has some formal cookery training and works with Liz’s clients doing practical face to face sessions on food mentoring – physically showing people how to organise, plan and cook real food so they can easily implement Liz’s nutritional recommendations.
Hear what one of Liz’s clients had to say:-
“As a woman in my late 30s, I visited Liz to help with my hopes of becoming pregnant. Liz quickly identified areas in which my diet could be improved to help become and sustain pregnancy. This included which foods to increase, those to reduce and options for appropriate supplements. I found Liz to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and she suggested a number of changes that I was able to implement within a very busy lifestyle. I enjoyed a very comfortable pregnancy, with little morning sickness and plenty of energy and we now have a healthy and happy 6 month old baby. Thank you from us all.” Katie, Leeds
